７月１１日、「Power of one プログラム」のために、グリーンエコー笠形にデリゲイツたちは集合しました。

このプログラムでは、チームで協力して、様々な難易度のテントをいかに早く建てることができるかを競う中で、チームのメンバーが自らの役割を理解し、その後には、どのようにお互いが協力すべきか等感じたことを話し合い振り返ることによって「Ｓｐｒｉｔ　ｏｆ　Ｈａｒｍｏｎｙ」を体感しました。

夜は、チームごとにカレーライスを作り、焚火を囲みながらディスカッションを行い、様々な課題にチャレンジしました。
